The new facility will go into production at the end of March

The system was ordered in the first quarter of 2011 and the local Aixtron support team will install and commission the new reactor in the second quarter of 2011 at the dedicated AquaLite power chip led high bay light facility within its mainland China production plant.

it’s said that with state of the art epitaxial crystal growth and chip process technology, AquaLite’s LED chips have reached over the 100 lm/W efficiency, and thus are widely used in street lighting, lighting bars, light bulbs, and LED back lighting units.

Recently, Taiwan based packaging company, Harvatek is about to team up with TCL to built led linear high bay light packaging plant in Huizhou, China. Both of the two companies will own 50% share in the new plant individually.

The new facility will go into production at the end of March, 2012 and its goal is to reach 2 billion capacity after one year. Harvatek disclosed that it expected for further vertical integration by cooperating with LED chip maker.
