According to Huga, it will expand its MOCVD equipment to a total of 60 sets at the end of 2010 and to 80 sets in 2011, and will adjust TV backlighting products to 10% of its total shipments at the end of the year and over 20% in 2011. High-brightness LED products currently represent 70-80% of Huga's revenues.
Despite of the shortage of sapphire substrates, Huga pointed out that in the future, it will cooperate with Epistar to strengthen both their positions in procurement, but added that order sharing between the led high bay light companies is unlikely.Some analysts believed it is related to the combination of poor demand for LEDs and the products that use them, oversupply of the bulbs and a slowdown in the influential Asian LED market for the tumble.

Due to contracts for LED fans, some institutional investors believe Sunonwealth's earnings for the second half of this year may increase considerably. Based on higher profits of the products, it estimates led high bay light to constitute over 10% of the company’s revenue throughout this year.Additionally, the firm's latest only 4 mm fans for ultra-slim lamps are also estimated to contribute to the firm's revenue growth for the year.
