Boss China is engaged in the operation, sale and distribution of energy-saving LED products, Huizhou TCL focuses on the research and development, and manufacturing of LED products, while Dooda China is well-equipped with technique in the design of energy-saving LED products.China Trends Holdings Limited is principally engaged in energy-saving e-solutions, while the brand new idea for energy-saving digital industry further make use of the energy management contract (CEM) model and ultimately apply to different sectors.
Under the cooperation, Boss China and Dooda China can purchase energy-saving LED lighting products with the brand "TCL" directly from Huizhou TCL. On the order hand, Boss China and Dooda China would outsource the production of energy-saving LED lighting products to Huizhou led high bay under OEM and ODM contract basis, while Boss China can also provide a financing arrangement for Huizhou TCL to support the development and implementation of CEM for sales and distribution of energy-saving LED products.

SiC is a high-performance semiconductor material used in the production of a broad range of lighting, power and communication components, including LEDs, power switching devices and RF power transistors for wireless communications.

The only exception is that it does not have a bridge circuit, which strings all these micro devices to add up their voltages to fit household 110-220 V AC power outlet. But users can turn a direct current (DC) HV LED into an AC LED by adding an external bridge to HV LED package.
